Treat your family to a real western experience
at the Buffalo Jump Steakhouse. The original part
of the building was a general store dating back to the late 1890s.
In 1947, the building became a supper club known as the Royal Club.
The Royal Club is still remembered fondly by a large part of the
local population. In the 1980s, the Royal club became the Buffalo
Jump Saloon—a true western bar and steakhouse. After closing
its doors in 1994, the Buffalo Jump remained closed until 2005.
After a little renovation and a major
facelift, the current owners re-opened the Buffalo Jump Saloon on
June 27, 2005, to become one of the area's most popular destination
steakhouses. The restaurant now features an old time bar, an
indoor/outdoor stage, an outdoor patio featuring an 8 foot fire
pit, a natural stone fireplace, an exhibition kitchen, and a small
gift shop.
